Spring Break 2015: Amsterdam, Netherlands

This year, David and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary.  Since we didn't have a big celebration for our 10th anniversary (we were saving for our trip to get Amelia), we decided to take a trip to Europe.  Our friends, Micah, Ali, and Zeke are living in Paris for a year, and we decided to visit them on our trip.  Our first stop was Amsterdam.

Amelia LOVED wheeling her suitcase through the airport.

Passports and Amelia were officially stamped when we arrived in Amsterdam.

Amelia declared, "I like them all!" when asked what type of chocolate she wanted.

Amelia found Marshmallow's sisters in Amsterdam!

Pomme Frites with mayonnaise!

Taking the Canal Bus

Amelia enjoyed running around this park behind our hotel.  It is kind of like a smaller version of Central Park.

Yummy pancakes!

A nightly stroll through the streets of Amsterdam...

turned into a much needed nap for a sleepy girl with jet lag!

Amelia's favorite part of visiting Amsterdam was being able to sleep in this little bed.

After spending three nights in Amsterdam, we took a couple of trains to Brugges, Belgium.
