Amelia's First Beach Trip

This past week has been amazing!  We took Amelia on her very first trip to the beach.  She instantly fell in love with the beach, the ocean, and the indoor pool.  I really don't know if there was anything that Amelia didn't like except having to go to bed each night.  I wish the weather had been more pleasant.  We had some very COLD days and a couple of rainy ones as well with LOTS of wind all week, but we made the most of it and bundled up to enjoy the sand and the ocean.

Amelia stared at the ocean each morning and couldn't wait to go down there.

 

First Time on the Beach

In case you didn't know this, Bailey LOVES the beach!  He gets extremely excited to be there and runs around like a puppy.  He likes to chase the waves and the birds, but he hates to get wet.

Time at the Playground

I should have taken pictures of Amelia swimming in the indoor pool.  Unfortunately, I was in the pool the entire time and didn't think about it.  We had way too much fun playing!
